During my latest rewarding and eventful visit at KC Collections, I was greeted by a very helpful and well informed store person by the name of Kristel. I had purchased a beautiful Dining Room set, wherein she was helpful and very dedicated in suggesting items for my Dining Room needs, and after an hour of selections, I found her to be very courteous, and joyful to be around. I found the items in the store to be very unique, so much in fact, I have suggested to many of my friends, that THIS store should be checked out. The prices were actually reasonable too. I would recommend anyone, especially those buying a new house, to visit this store and take in the exquisite taste of country style decor. You won't be disappointed. One more word, Enjoy!

Beautiful items in the store. One of my favorite.places to shop when traveling. I have found unique things for my home and for many gifts. The owner is wonderful and always gracious. I love getting back there to see what is new! You won't regret stopping and shopping at KC Collections
Interviewed for a job there. Posted the job was in Roanoke but it's actually in Buchanan. Crystal called for the interview at 8:30pm (very rude) she's very robotic overly prim and proper for a small hometown business. Very fake and scatter brained. Boyfriend made sure to point out she's crazy during the interview and she ended it quickly after his comment. Ha ha she's the problem there for sure! One comment I read she's like a Sargent lol nailed that one! The Employees look scared to death. Store is ugly way to much furniture, decor is placed badly not at all warm and inviting at all and way over priced. Crystal needs a fall off the high horse something bad. Complete narcissist!
I absolutely fell in LOVE with this store the moment that I walked in. The smell was so incredible that I knew immediately that I needed some of the Harvest Spice crumbles in my home year-round. The staff was so friendly and courteous. I wanted an item that was currently out of stock and they were able to order it for me and called me when it arrived. The item was loaded by a store person who was very knowledgeable about the furniture; we spent several moments speaking about their products and I found them to be personable. I have and will continue to highly recommend KC Collections to my friends and family!
Knowing the business first hand I can tell you that this particular store is one of the best I have seen. The people that run it are so loyal and committed to customer service. Prices are right. I highly recommend their store for anyone looking for a new piece of home decor at the right price. Their inventory is so beautifully displayed it makes me so motivated to keep coming back for more!
