No doubt this dealer has the experience and facilities for all your RV needs. But some statements from them on other websites ain't exactly true. 1- After shopping there and pricing a certain new unit, I found the EXACT brand new unit for $2500.00 less and it had an outdoor shower, their's did not. 2- They are correct in that "if you didn't buy it here, you have to take it back where you bought it for warranty work".. That's the answer I got. They are your "friend" when your shopping but if you buy somewhere else, completely different attitude. 3- I know someone who got an awning replaced here. They could have had it done at Camping World cheaper but decided to go ahead and get it done here.
Very nice folks, was there with my business partner. Some confusion as to a repair but quickly corrected and apologies extended by the staff.

We were traveling from upstate NY to Martinsville Va and we had no lights on the back half of our camper. So we stopped on the way down we had them check it out and they couldn't get us in that day but said make an appointment on way back which was Monday and the gentleman said WE WILL FIX IT, we just need time. We brought it back on Monday and by god they fixed it at a fair price. They were the nicest people, we would recommend them!
So, this is just my experience. Not saying I'll never shop there again but I really was disappointed at the attitude change when I bought elsewhere.
We were traveling to south carolina with our safari sahara 96 and we could no longer get the generator going. We stopped at this rv place and the friendly owner and staff helped us out very quickly. Now a/c is back and morale is high!
